Super Bowl appetizer! 4 Ingredient pepper jelly cheese dip with bacon


This sweet, spicy, crunchy hot dip will knock the socks off of your guests at this year's Superbowl celebrations!

With just 4 easy ingredients!


Serves Approximately 10 People

Prep/Cook Time 20-25 Minutes


INGREDIENTS

1 - 8 Oz. Block Cream Cheese (Softened)

1 - 8 Oz. Block Goat Cheese (Softened)

3/4 Cup Pre-Cooked Chopped Bacon

1 Cup That Dam Jam (Choose a Flavor based on your heat preference)



DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2) Use a hand mixer to combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and bacon in a bowl - Whip until combined

3) Add mixture to a baking dish (we used a 6" round, 6x6 would also work)

4) Bake for 20 minutes or until hot & bubbly!

5) Once dip is hot and bubbly, remove from the oven and pour Dam Jam over top -- Smear to the edges and you're all set!

6) Serve with crackers or pretzels and of course, a cold beer for the game!
