Puff Pastry Smoked Sausage & Jam cups

A sweet & savory Cincinnati collab! Try this recipe we curated alongside Cincinnati's very own Queen City Sausage





Ingredients

—4 Links: Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage or QCS favorite

—1 Sheet: Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry.  Thawed

—3 TBSP. That Dam Jam Pineapple Habanero Jam

—1.5 TBSP Dijon mustard

—1/4 Cup Craisins

—1 TSP Coarse ground pepper

—Parsley

—Flour for dusting


Directions

  1. Place the puff pastry on a flour dusted counter and cut into 12 sections

  2. Use a muffin pan and spray with olive oil

  3. Add the puff pastry squares to the muffin pan

  4. Dice the sausage links

  5. Take the sausage pieces, mustard, jam, Craisins, pepper, and add to a bowl and mix well

  6. Add the mixture to each of the puff pastry squares

  7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees F, for about 15 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown
