LENT RECIPE : Pan seared grouper filet with pepper jam glaze


INSTRUCTIONS


1) Sprinkle Grouper with seasoning salt.

2) Melt one pat of butter & one teaspoon of vegetable oil in a heavy pan over medium heat.

3) Add grouper (or other favorite fish) to the pan & turn every minute until cooked to your preference!

4) Spoon one tablespoon of your favorite flavor of That Dam Jam over the fish & enjoy!!
