Try this panini sandwich made with our Pineapple Ghost Pepper Jam! Crafted by Morsel & Nosh in Northside, Ohio, it's guaranteed to excite your palate!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
8-10 Thin Sliced of Banana
2 Pieces Applewood Smoked Bacon or Regular Bacon
1 Tbsp. That Dam Jam Pineapple Ghost Pepper Jam (Use one of our less spicy jam flavors like Pineapple Yellow Pepper if you don't like it HOT)
2 Slices of Sourdough Bread
Instructions
Butter two pieces of your favorite sourdough bread.
On one piece of bread, Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 8 thin slices of banana, add two pieces of cooked bacon.
On the other piece of bread spread 1 tablespoon That Dam Jam Ghost Pepper Jam. Put the sandwich together and place in a non-stick grill pan over medium heat.
Cook over medium heat until you have beautiful grill marks and it is runny and gooey.... sooo delish!!
